Executive Chef, Matt Weafer, creates a thoughtful, seasonal, and sustainable Kentucky Proud menu featuring a blend of global and local cuisine all focused on quality ingredients. Chef Matt changes the menu to adjust for seasonal availability and to keep things fresh. Meat and seafood are sourced from either local or sustainable suppliers. You don’t have to worry about farmed fish or hormone-and antibiotic-laden meats.
